Programs

Three doors. One method.

Every program starts with the same free assessment and runs on the same rules: form first, progressive, measured, sustainable. Month to month, no contracts.

Door one

Online Programming

$89a month

Your program, your coach’s eyes, every week. Hotel-gym versions ship with every block, and the weekly video reviews do not care which time zone the squat happened in.

  • Individual program, updated as you progress
  • Weekly video form review
  • Monthly check-in call
  • Train at any gym, anywhere
Who it suits

People who train alone, travel a lot, or have the basics grooved and want a coach’s eyes on the numbers.

Door two

1:1 Coaching

from $240a month

You, your coach and the bar. Technique is fixed in real time and the program bends with your week, which makes this the fastest door by far.

  • Two or three sessions a week
  • Technique fixed in real time
  • Programming that bends with your week
  • Priority scheduling
Who it suits

Beginners (a coach in the room does best for the first block), anyone training around an old injury, and anyone who wants the quickest progress.

Lifters squat on platforms in a row while a coach crouches beside them

Door three

Small Group

$120a month

Six lifters, one coach, three racks. Programmed individually and coached together: the cheapest way to get watched properly three times a week.

  • Three sessions a week included
  • Individual programming, group energy
  • Capped at six, no exceptions
  • Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday slots
Who it suits

Lifters who want to be watched every session and like training beside other people, at the lowest in-room price.

Month to month. Cancel any month by not booking the next one.

No lock-in contracts on any door, and you can switch whenever you like.

Included in all three

Same start, whichever door.

The free assessment

Forty-five minutes of moving, measuring and honest talk before you commit to anything.

Your own program

Built from the assessment, not a template, and adjusted as you progress.

The week-four review

Numbers logged, form checked against week one, program adjusted.

Training rules

Four things every program obeys.

Form first

Load waits for technique. Always.

Progressive

Small numbers, added relentlessly.

Measured

Everything is logged and compared.

Sustainable

Three honest sessions beat six imaginary ones.

Before you pick

The questions the assessment always gets.

I have never touched a barbell. Which door?

Small Group or 1:1. Beginners do best with a coach in the room for the first block. Online works once your basics are grooved.

I have an old injury. Is that a problem?

It is the norm. Most of the room trains around something, and “around” almost never means “instead of”.

Can I switch later?

Yes. Plenty of people start in Small Group and move to 1:1, or the reverse. Nothing is locked in.

Do you do nutrition plans?

Guidelines, yes: a one-page approach that survives real life. No meal plans or macros-by-the-gram.

The assessment decides better than this page can.

Forty-five minutes of moving, measuring and honest talk, then a recommendation. Sometimes it is “you don’t need me yet”.
