The day
Door to door, step by step
About nine hours in all. We confirm exact times with your pickup.
The track above the falls, dry season.
Pickup from 7am
At your door in Panaji, Calangute, Margao or between. We confirm your pickup time when we reply to your date.
Drive to the forest checkpoint
The checkpoint asks for photo ID. Single-use plastic is not allowed past it, so we hand out steel bottles.
Jeep over the Kulem track
Six to a jeep. The jeep crosses streams, and the jeep association checks each crossing every morning. If they say no, we turn back.
A 15-minute walk over wet rock
From the jeep stop to the pool. This is the part that wants grippy shoes.
Time at the falls
The 310-metre falls, in whatever the month gives you. The life jacket is compulsory in the pool, and we provide it.
Back down the track and home
About nine hours door to door. There is nothing to pay at the forest gate.

What to bring
- Shoes that grip. Sandals with straps or old trainers. Not flip-flops.
- A change of clothes. The spray reaches the path.
- Swimwear. We provide the life jacket.
- Photo ID. The forest checkpoint asks for it.
- No single-use plastic. We bring steel bottles.
- No drones. The sanctuary doesn’t permit them.
