Thirty-one carers, all employed by us
Not contractors, not a labour hire pool. Employed staff on proper wages with paid travel time.
Who you will be booked with
Nobody here carries a client they have not met. Your regular carers stay your carers, visit to visit.
Robyn Ellery
Robyn spent fourteen years as a community nurse before starting this service, largely out of frustration at watching clients get a different face through the door every week. Every care plan is written or reviewed by her, and she still does assessments herself two days a week. The 17% fee and the no-exit-fee policy are both hers.

Tanya Mahoney
Tanya builds the rosters, which is the single most important job in home care and the one most providers treat as an afterthought. She is the person who makes sure the same two carers cover a client, and the one families ring when something needs changing.

Josef Brandt
Josef does personal care and mobility support, and mentors our newer carers. He came to this work at forty-five after a career in construction and says it is the first job he has had where the point of it was obvious.
