If something has just happened — a fall, a hospital discharge, a carer who has become unwell themselves — ring and say so. We hold capacity every week for urgent starts and can usually have someone in within 48 hours. In a medical emergency, call 000 first; we are not an emergency service.

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 12:00pm
Sunday closed
Carer visits 6:00am – 9:00pm, 7 days
Areas we cover
Albion, Ascot, Hamilton, Clayfield, Nundah, Northgate, Banyo, Nudgee, Sandgate, Brighton, Chermside, Aspley, Stafford, Kedron, Wavell Heights, Gordon Park, Windsor, Wooloowin, Bracken Ridge and Zillmere. Outside that list, ring anyway — if we cannot cover you we will name two northside providers who can.
