Audiologists, not hearing aid consultants
An audiologist holds a masters degree in audiology and is qualified to diagnose. A hearing aid consultant or audiometrist holds a shorter vocational qualification focused on fitting devices. Both are legitimate; they are not the same, and you should know which one you are seeing.
Who you will see
Nobody here carries a caseload they have not assessed themselves.
Dianne Halvorsen
Dianne worked for one of the large national chains for seven years, where the monthly target was measured in units sold rather than people helped. She opened this practice to unbundle the pricing and remove the commission, both of which cost her money and neither of which she regrets. She handles the diagnostic and tinnitus caseload.
