How we work
Drainage first, then everything else
Brisbane gets 1,100mm of rain, most of it in a handful of storms, and the humidity does the rest. A deck that traps water against the house, or has no airflow under it, will rot from below no matter how good the timber was.

One crew, start to finish
The same faces for the whole build
Footings are engineered for your soil class and wind rating, the job is approved through a private certifier, and it is built by the same two or three carpenters from footings to finish. Our electrician and roofer are the only other trades on site, and we have used both for years.
We have talked clients out of the bigger pergola they asked for, and into a smaller one with a proper roof. The quote you get is one fixed price, approvals inside it.
