Before you write

What makes a scoping call useful.

The most productive calls start with a specific frustration rather than a request for services. ‘Our sales team describes us three different ways’ is a better brief than ‘we need brand work’, because it tells us what success would look like.

You do not need a finished brief, a budget approved or an internal consensus. If you have a number in mind, sharing it genuinely helps. Our rates are published, so it is used to shape the scope rather than to price you.

Useful to include

  • What is actually frustrating you, in your own words
  • What you have already tried
  • Whether there is a deadline or an event driving it
  • A budget range, if you have one
  • Whether you have worked with an agency before, and how it went

Send a brief

A paragraph is plenty. We will come back with times or with a reason we are not the right agency.

    When we reply

Within one working day. If we are not right for the work we will say so in that reply rather than booking a call to say it.
