Course design by people who have taught, launched, and watched learners quit.
Corvid & Ash was founded by two instructional designers who kept seeing the same thing: strong material, strong marketing, and completion rates that quietly embarrassed everyone involved.
Built around the number nobody likes to publish.
Nadia Corvid spent a decade in instructional design inside a university teaching centre. Elliot Ash built and sold two cohort programmes of his own. Both had spent years watching well-marketed courses sell beautifully and finish badly.
They founded Corvid & Ash in 2021 to treat completion as the design brief rather than an afterthought. The team stays deliberately small, and the people who design your curriculum are the people you meet on the first call.
The principles behind every curriculum.
Completion first
A course nobody finishes is a refund waiting to happen. We design for the finish line.
Structure before content
The architecture gets signed off before a single lesson is scripted.
Senior hands only
You work with the people who designed the curriculum, never a junior handoff.
Format-agnostic
Video, cohort, or self-paced: we design around how you actually teach.
A small team, deliberately. Here is who does what on your build.
Who is involved at each phase of an engagement. Demo content: the split shown is illustrative until the team confirms it.

Leads runs the phase. Reviews reads and signs off the work. A dash means not on that phase.
