How a build runs

Three phases, one Friday email.

1

Survey & fixed-price quote
We survey properly — floors up, walls probed — then quote a price that doesn’t move and a schedule that’s real. Takes a week; worth it.

2

The build, managed
Your named site manager runs the trades, the deliveries and the inspections — and emails you photos and progress every Friday without being asked.

3

Handover & the decade after
A walkthrough, a snag list cleared within a fortnight, and the 10-year structural guarantee lodged with your paperwork.

Your house could be project 181.

Every build above started with the same free survey and a price that held.
