The order book runs a few months ahead — the quote comes with a real start window, and planning or drawings can usually run inside that wait so no time is lost.
Our sweet spot is structural work — extensions, lofts, renovations. For a bathroom or a knock-through alone we’ll happily recommend the smaller firms we trust.
Within about forty-five minutes of Enoggera — The Gap, Ashgrove and Mitchelton are our regular run. Site managers live on their sites’ side of town, which is part of why the Friday email never misses.
