Concrete pools · Brisbane

A pool that fits the block you actually have.

Sloping sites, narrow yards, character homes with no side access. We’ve built in all of them. Fully engineered concrete pools, designed and built by the one company from first sketch to handover.
We measure the yard, check access and services, and tell you what’s realistic — including the budget — before any design work starts.

    Start with a site visit

Expect a call within a business day to arrange a time that suits.

No deposit, no design fee to get started.

    What we build

Three shapes cover most Brisbane backyards

    The side-yard lap pool

Long and narrow, usually 7–10m. Perfect for inner-city blocks where the only usable space runs down one side of the house.

    The family rectangle

The one most people end up with. Wide enough to swim across, a bench seat at one end, shallow enough for small kids at the other.

The elevated / sloping site pool

For the Brisbane hillside block. Engineered retaining, exposed structural wall, and an infinity edge if the view justifies it.
    Why Stillwater

One company, one contract, one person to call.

Most pool horror stories come from the same place: a sales company sells the pool, then hands you to a chain of subcontractors nobody’s coordinating. We employ our own excavation, steel, concrete and tiling crews, and you get one project manager for the whole build.
Fixed price after the site visit Soil test, engineering, excavation, council approval and certification are all in the number. Rock is the only genuine variable, and we tell you the rate up front.
Weekly photos, whether you ask or not A short update every Friday with photos and what’s happening next week. You’ll know where your build is without chasing anyone.
We finish the whole yard Coping, paving, fencing, turf and the pump enclosure. A pool surrounded by a mud pit isn’t finished, so we don’t leave it that way.
Handover that teaches you the pool An hour on site walking through the equipment, the chemistry and the app, plus three months of free water testing while you find your feet.

    What owners tell us afterwards

“Our block drops nearly three metres. Two builders said it couldn’t be done for the budget. Stillwater engineered a raised wall, and that wall is now the best-looking thing in the yard.”
    Dave M.
    CAMP HILL
“Sixteen weeks from the first dig to swimming, and the price at the end matched the contract exactly. The Friday photo updates meant I never had to chase anybody.”
    Priya N.
    ASHGROVE
“They resurfaced our 1980s pool and replaced all the old equipment. Running cost dropped by more than half with the new variable-speed pump, and it finally looks like it belongs to the house.”
    Ken R.
    THE GAP
    Where we build

Brisbane, the bay and the western suburbs

We deliberately keep the build radius tight. Our crews are on your site most days of the build rather than driving between the Sunshine and Gold Coasts, which is half the reason our timelines hold.

Book the site visit. It costs nothing.

Forty minutes in your backyard tells you more than any brochure — including whether a pool is worth it on your block.
