*Most top-level extras policies rebate $500 to $1,000 on a CPAP machine, usually once every five years; some cover masks annually, checked before you buy. Machine prices include setup, mask fitting, two review appointments and the first three months of data monitoring. A four-week trial is available on every machine and the $95 trial fee comes off your purchase. Prices last reviewed July 2026.
Four things worth knowing before you choose
Medicare
Home sleep studies are bulk billed with a GP referral where you meet the Medicare criteria, which most people who snore and are persistently tired do. Medicare does not subsidise CPAP machines or masks for adults in Queensland outside specific hospital and concession schemes.
Concession & hardship
Pension and Health Care Card holders get $200 off any machine and 20% off masks. We also keep two reconditioned machines at $590, fully serviced with a new mask, for people who genuinely cannot manage more.
Commercial drivers
We do the assessment, compliance reporting and annual review required for heavy vehicle medicals, and we know the forms. Reports go out inside three business days, which matters when a licence is pending.
Paying it off
Interest-free over six or twelve months on machines above $1,000, arranged at the desk with no application fee. You own it from day one — it is a payment plan on a purchase, not a rental dressed up as one.
