QBCC 0000000 · Licensed timber pest inspectors

One in three Brisbane homes gets termites. Most owners find out late.

We inspect properly — subfloor, roof space, fence line, trees — and give you a written report you can actually act on. Then we treat what’s there and stop it coming back.
Most Brisbane suburbs within 48 hours. Pre-purchase jobs get priority.

If you've found live termites, don't disturb them — just call.

    What we do

    Termites first. Everything else too.

    Annual termite inspection

The one thing every Brisbane homeowner should do every year. Full timber pest inspection to AS 3660, with a written report and photos.

    Termite treatment & barriers

Live termites eliminated with baiting or a treated zone, then a chemical or physical barrier so the next colony doesn’t get in.

    Pre-purchase inspection

Before you sign. Timber pest report covering termites, borers and decay, turned around inside 24 hours so it fits your finance clause.

    General pest treatment

Cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish and fleas. Internal and external treatment with a 12-month warranty on the internal work.

    Rodents & possums

Roof rats, bush rats and mice controlled with tamper-proof stations. Possums trapped and released under permit, then the entry point sealed.

    Found something and not sure?

Send us a photo of the mud trail, the damage or the insect. We’ll tell you what it is at no charge.
    Why Sentry

A cheap inspection that misses termites is the most expensive thing you'll ever buy.

A $150 “inspection” is somebody walking around the outside of your house for fifteen minutes. A real one means getting under the floor, into the roof space, and along every fence and tree on the block. It takes 90 minutes to two hours, and that’s what we do.
Thermal camera and moisture meter, every job Termites are found by heat and moisture behind lining before you can see any damage. Tapping walls isn’t an inspection method.
A report you can hand to a builder Photos, locations, what we found, what we couldn’t access and what to do next. Not a one-page tick sheet.
We don’t sell you a barrier you don’t need If your existing system is current and intact, we’ll tell you and book you back in twelve months. Plenty of houses need monitoring, not chemicals.
$2m timber damage warranty Available on homes we treat and keep inspecting annually — backed by the insurer, not just our word.
    Know the signs

Five things worth a phone call

If you spot any of these, don’t spray it and don’t break it open — disturbing a colony makes them harder to find and treat.

Mud tubes on walls or piers

Termites travel under cover. A tube the width of a pencil is a working trail.

    Timber that sounds hollow

Tap skirting, architraves and door frames. A dull or papery sound means the wood has been eaten from inside.

    Blistered paint or sagging lining

Moisture or termites behind the surface show up as bubbling paint or soft plaster.

    Discarded wings near windows

Swarmers shed their wings after a flight. A small pile can mean a nest close by.

    Fine, sawdust-like droppings

Small piles below timber, or tiny round holes, point to borers.

    What customers say

“Found active termites in a wall the building inspector had signed off. We used the report to get $18,000 off the purchase price. Worth every cent of the $340.”
    Dave M.
    CAMP HILL
“Two hours under the house and in the roof with a thermal camera. Previous company had been doing fifteen-minute walk-arounds for six years and never got under there once.”
    Priya N.
    ASHGROVE
“Baited the colony rather than just spraying where we’d seen them. Took about ten weeks and the nest was gone. Explained every step, and the quote never moved.”

    Where we work

    Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, Redlands

Four technicians, each with their own patch — so the person who inspects your place this year is the one who comes back next year.

When did you last have the house checked?

If the answer is “a few years ago” or “not sure”, book the annual inspection. It’s $290 against an average $12,000 repair bill.
