Pre-purchase timber pest inspection
A standard building and pest report is two reports. The pest half is this one, and on Brisbane’s timber housing stock it’s the half that finds the expensive problems.
The Australian Standard says every twelve months, and in Brisbane’s climate that isn’t conservative. Termites can do structural damage inside a single year.
