Cockroaches
German cockroaches breed indoors in kitchens and need gel baiting, not surface spray. The big American ones come up the drains and through the roof — those we treat around the entry points and the subfloor.
Ants
Spraying a trail splits the colony and makes it worse. We identify the species — coastal brown, black house, white-footed, or fire ants — and bait accordingly, because each takes a different food.
Spiders
Redbacks in the shed and under the outdoor setting, huntsmen inside, and webbing across the eaves. External treatment plus web removal keeps them down for a season at a time.
Rodents
Roof rats are the Brisbane classic — they run the powerlines and get in under a lifted roof sheet. Baiting alone just refills the vacancy, so we find and seal the entry point as part of the job.
Possums
Protected, so they’re trapped and released on site under permit — relocating them is illegal and they die. The fix is one-way exclusion plus sealing the roof entry, and that’s permanent.
Fleas, silverfish & wasps
Fleas need the pet treated and the carpets and yard done at the same time or they cycle straight back. Paper wasp nests under eaves and gutters we remove the same visit.
