Common questions
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. You get a fixed price for the job before we start, and that is the price whether it takes twenty minutes or two hours.
Are you actually available at 2am?
Yes — a plumber is on call every night, not an answering service that books you for Tuesday.
How fast can you get here?
Same day for most jobs, and usually within the hour for a genuine emergency in the metro area.
Will you put a camera down the drain?
On every drain we clear, and you get the footage. Clearing a blockage without finding the cause is how you end up paying three times.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. A running toilet wastes about 200 litres a day and is a twenty-minute fix — it is worth the visit.
What if it turns out to be bigger than quoted?
We stop and re-quote before continuing. Nobody finds out at the end.
Do you clean up?
Drop sheets, boot covers, and the old unit taken away. Nobody should be able to tell we were there.
