The rate card came first
Most plumbing complaints are not about the work — they are about the bill arriving larger than the conversation. So we wrote the rate card before we took the first job, and we quote from it in front of you.
If the job turns out to be bigger than it looked, we stop and re-quote. Nobody finds out at the end.

QBCC licence
QBCC 0000000 — plumbing and drainage. Verify it on the QBCC register before you let any trade start.
Public liability
Twenty million, current, certificate supplied on request.
Compliance certificates
Issued for every job that needs one, lodged, and a copy sent to you.
Licensed, not “licensed adjacent”
Every plumber on the van holds their own licence. Nobody on this team is an unlicensed offsider working alone.
Insurance that covers your house
If we damage something, our insurer pays for it, not you and not your contents policy.
