Fees are the same whether you pay privately or claim on a fund. We are not a preferred provider for any single insurer, so nobody outside this building has a say in how many appointments you get.

Medicare EPC
If your GP has written you a Chronic Disease Management plan you get five subsidised visits a calendar year. Bring the referral and we bulk bill the Medicare portion, leaving a $38 gap per visit.
WorkCover & CTP
WorkCover Queensland and CTP claims billed directly to the insurer — nothing out of your pocket. Bring your claim number and we handle the paperwork from there.
No referral needed
Physiotherapy is a first-contact profession in Australia. You can book straight in without seeing a GP first — the referral only matters if you want a Medicare rebate.
First appointment usually inside 48 hours
No referral needed. Ring between 6:30am and 7pm weekdays and somebody here picks it up.
