SERVICES
Everything is included in the appointment
Dry needling, taping, shockwave, your exercise program — none of it is a separate line on the invoice. One fee for the visit, whatever the visit needs.
What we treat, grouped
Twelve things, in three groups. If yours is not on the list it is still worth ringing — most of what walks through the door is some version of one of these.
Pain & injury
The reason most people ring.
- Lower back & sciatica. Acute flare-ups through to backs that have been grumbling for years. Assessment, hands-on treatment, and a loading program that gets you off the floor and back to work.
- Neck, jaw & headaches. Desk-related neck pain, tension headaches and jaw problems. Often resolves faster than people expect once the driver is found.
- Shoulder pain. Rotator cuff, impingement and frozen shoulder. We will tell you honestly if it is a case for an orthopaedic opinion.
- Knee, hip & ankle. Arthritic joints, ligament injuries and the niggles that only show up on the second lap. Treated with strength work, not just rest.
Rehab & recovery
Longer arcs, clear milestones.
- Post-operative rehabilitation. Knee reconstructions, shoulder repairs, hip and knee replacements. We follow your surgeon’s protocol and send them progress reports without being chased.
- Return to sport. Objective testing before we clear you — hop tests, strength ratios, change of direction. You get a number, not a shrug.
- Strength & movement sessions. One-on-one in our rehab space, 40 minutes, for people who have finished treatment and want to stay finished.
- WorkCover & return to work. Direct billing, timely reports, and a graded return-to-work plan written for your actual job rather than a generic template.
In-clinic techniques
All included in the appointment fee.
- Manual therapy. Joint mobilisation and soft tissue work. Used where it earns its place in the session, not as the whole session.
- Dry needling. Fine needles into trigger points to settle muscle tone. Optional, explained first, and never billed separately.
- Shockwave therapy. For stubborn tendon problems — achilles, plantar fascia, tennis elbow. Usually three to five sessions.
- Taping & bracing. Rigid and kinesiology taping, plus brace fitting where a joint needs support through a return to sport.
NOT SURE
Not sure it's a physio job?
Ring and describe it. If it belongs with a GP, a podiatrist or a surgeon, we will say so and you will not have paid us anything to find out.
