Executive coaching for founders · By application only

Executive coaching for founders who’ve outgrown advice from people who’ve never run what they run

Twelve months. One advisor. Six seats per cohort. Apex Advisory works with founders doing £3m–£30m in revenue who need a thinking partner, not another framework.

First step

A conversation about your actual numbers

02
The problem

You have had advice before. That is rather the problem.

What you were promised
What you actually got

A framework that works in any business.

A framework built for a company a tenth your size, and a deck.

Quarterly offsites will fix the strategy.

Two good days, then eleven weeks of the same decisions unmade.

Someone senior will challenge your thinking.

A facilitator who had never carried a P&L, agreeing with you.

Who this is for

You don’t need more tactics. You need someone who’s already been where you’re headed.

  • You’re past the tactics stage and need judgement, not another checklist.
  • Your biggest constraint right now is decision quality, not information.
  • You want a peer, not a coach who’s never run a P&L.
  • You’re ready to commit twelve months, not another six-week sprint.

The engagement

Three things, running in parallel for twelve months.

I

Monthly 1:1

Ninety minutes, one-to-one, every month for the full year, recorded and transcribed for your records.

II

Direct line

Text or voice-note access between sessions, for the decisions that can’t wait a month.

III

Cohort table

Quarterly closed-door sessions with the five other members of your cohort. No note-takers, no recordings.

03
Recent members

What members say after the first ninety days.

“He asked one question in our first call that reframed a decision I’d been stuck on for six months.”

Grant M.CEO, manufacturing

“Worth more than the last two years of conferences and masterminds combined.”

Ines C.Founder, professional services

“The direct line alone has saved me from at least two expensive mistakes.”

Theo M.CEO, logistics

Founders in the programme, in their own words. Demo quotes and demo portraits; they describe the working experience, not business results.

04
Before you apply

The questions everyone asks first.

No. It is forty-five minutes on your actual numbers. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call and tell you who is.

Stop at any quarter boundary and pay nothing further. No notice period and no conversation about it.

One advisor, for the whole twelve months. No associates, no handover, no account manager in between.

You answer a few questions about the business and the decision in front of you. One person reads it and replies. Seats are filled by conversation, so there is no automatic yes or no.

The next cohort

Six seats, and they are filled by conversation.

Cohorts are capped at six so the quarterly table stays a room where people say the real number. Applications close once the sixth seat is accepted, not on a date we picked.
