IRONVALE, SINCE 2016

Training built around your actual life, not a template.

One-to-one and small-group personal training. Programs built around your schedule, your injuries and your actual goals — not a generic 12-week plan.

WHY JUST TWO OF US

Two trainers, both still coaching every session.

Ironvale could have grown into a bigger studio with a roster of junior trainers running sessions under our name. We decided against it in 2016 and haven’t reconsidered since. Every session here is still coached by one of the two people whose names are on the door.

That caps how many clients we can take on, and we turn people away some weeks because of it. It’s also why a reassessment every six weeks is a genuine conversation with someone who has watched you train the whole time, not a form filled in by whoever happens to be free.

WHAT WE OFFER

Three ways to train.

Every program starts with an honest assessment, not a sales pitch.

One-to-one training

Fully personalised sessions, in the studio or outdoors.

Small-group training

Groups of 3–4, same personalisation, shared cost.

Online coaching

Programming and check-ins for anyone training on their own.
