The salon and one treatment room have level access. The upper rooms are stairs only.

What to expect
Arrive a little early.
Arrive about ten minutes before a treatment to change into a robe and settle. Demo guidance
You are covered throughout, under a folded sheet, and the therapist leaves the room while you change.
Robes and slippers are provided.
House manners
Etiquette, both ways.
Short, kind, and mostly about quiet.
Quiet is the default
Conversation if you want it, silence if you do not. The phone stays at the door of the rooms.
Cancelling
Inside 24 hours we charge half. Outside it, nothing.
Same-day
Often, for the salon. The treatment rooms usually need a few days.
Gift vouchers
On paper rather than email, and they do not expire.
Fifteen minutes of slack is built into every booking.
So nothing overruns onto you, and nobody is hurried out.
