How do you actually match a style?
We ask what you practise now — ashtanga, yin, vinyasa, or something looser — and cross it against notes from our own visits to each shala, not the style list on their homepage, which is often out of date.
How current are your teacher-training dates?
We call each shala at the start of every season. If a 200-hour or 300-hour block has moved, filled up, or been cancelled, the listing changes within a few days, not at the next annual refresh.
