The Still Point is a neighbourhood studio with an online members’ circle attached: thirty classes a week across two calm rooms, and the Sangha, where 600+ members keep their practice alive between visits.
Maya started the studio with six mats and a borrowed room, and built it around being expected somewhere, by name.

Why the Still Point exists
Stillness is a skill. We practise it together.
The people who practise regularly are not the ones with more time. They are the ones with a place that expects them, a teacher who knows their shoulders, and a familiar face on the next mat.
30+ classes a week in the studio · 200+ classes in the online library · 600+ members in the Sangha
Seven years of keeping the door open and the pace unhurried.

What members say after a few months in.
★★★★★
“I practised more in my first month of the Sangha than in the whole year before. Fifteen-minute classes I can actually finish changed everything.”
Hannah Voss · Member since 2023 · Desk-shoulders in recovery
★★★★★
“The breathwork workshop is the class I most look forward to. I rewatch it most Sunday nights.”
Leo Martinez · Member since 2022 · Runs, reluctantly stretches

The Sangha: our online membership.
A weekly livestream from the Sun Room, a library of 200 classes, monthly workshops and a private circle. It sits alongside the studio, it does not replace it.
