Tell us roughly where, and roughly when.
The first call is free and there is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
Before you write: a paragraph is enough
Plan my trip
A paragraph is enough. We will come back with times for a call, or with an honest note that we are not the right people for that trip.
Useful to include
- Roughly where, or roughly what kind of trip
- Rough dates, and how flexible they are
- Who is travelling, and any ages that matter
- A budget range for the trip itself
- Anything that would spoil it: heat, crowds, long drives, altitude

Before you write
What makes a first call useful.
You do not need a destination. Plenty of our best trips started with ‘somewhere warm in February where we can walk and eat well’, which is far more useful to us than a place name and a hotel shortlist.
What helps most: your rough dates and how flexible they are, who is travelling and their appetite for early starts, a budget range, and anything that would ruin it. We would rather hear the constraints than the wish list.
Which parts of any booking carry financial protection under the relevant scheme is set out in writing before you pay anything. Ask us about it on the first call. It is a fair question and we will answer it plainly.
