Bill review and remote design
We pull your twelve-month usage from the bill, model the roof from satellite imagery and send back two options with payback figures.
Site check and switchboard inspection
Roof condition, shading, cable route, and whether the board can take it. Any extra cost is confirmed in writing here — never later.
Energex connection approval
We lodge it. Most approvals come back in a few days; larger systems sometimes get an export limit, and we’ll explain what that means for you.
Install day
One day for most homes. Power off for about two hours while we tie into the board. We commission it, set up monitoring on your phone and walk you through it.
Meter change and first credit
Your retailer swaps the meter to read export. Until then the system still cuts your usage — you just don’t get paid for what you send out.
