Fault finding
A breaker that trips at the same time every evening is telling you something specific. We use insulation resistance and loop testing to isolate it rather than swapping parts and hoping.
Lighting
LED downlight conversions, outdoor and security lighting, sensor lights and garden circuits. Old halogens in an insulated ceiling are a genuine fire risk worth spending money on.
Ceiling fans
A fan does more for a Brisbane bedroom per dollar than anything else we install. New installs need a proper mounting block, not a ceiling batten and hope.
Renovation & rewiring
Rough-in at frame stage, fit-off before handover. On pre-1970s houses we often find rubber or cotton-insulated cable in the roof — that’s a rewire, not a repair.
EV chargers
Wall-mounted 7kW or 22kW units with load management so the charger backs off when the house draws hard. Can be set to charge only from solar surplus.
Commercial & strata
Shop and office fit-outs, exit and emergency light testing, common-property repairs and test-and-tag. After-hours work so we’re not in your customers’ way.
