A few policies worth knowing before you book
None of this is marketing — it is how the studio actually runs.
Why we can’t name the product. Australian law prohibits advertising prescription medicines to the public, which is why no clinic here can legally print the brand names of anti-wrinkle injections. It is discussed in your consultation. Any clinic naming brands publicly is breaking the rules, which tells you something about how they operate generally.
Free two-week review. Every anti-wrinkle treatment includes a review at two weeks, and any adjustment needed for asymmetry or under-treatment at that review is done at no charge.
Paying. Card or bank transfer on the day. We do not offer buy-now-pay-later for cosmetic treatment. If a treatment needs financing, our honest advice is to wait until it does not.
No packages, deliberately. Pre-paid courses commit you to treatments before anyone knows whether the first one worked. You pay for each visit as you have it.
Consultations are usually available within a week
Forty-five minutes, $50, credited against treatment if you proceed. A written plan and a total you take away, then seven days to think about it — every time, for everyone.
