Two physios, two strength coaches, one plan
The handover between physio and strength coach is where most rehab quietly falls apart. Here they work off the same file, in the same building, with exit criteria written down so nobody is guessing what phase you are in.
Who you will be working with
Nobody here hands you off without a file note. If you start with Nick you finish with Nick, and the strength coach who takes over already knows your case.
Nick Draper
Nick spent five seasons as a club physio in the state league and watched the same players return on feel and tear the same thing twice. The seven-test battery this clinic runs on came out of that. He carries most of the post-surgical knee caseload.

Bianca Toure
Bianca carries the soft-tissue caseload — hamstrings, groins, calves — and does in-season management for several local football and AFLW clubs. She is the one who tells a player they are not playing Saturday, which is not a popular job and an essential one.

Sam Petrakis
Sam runs phases three and four on the gym floor and does the force-plate testing. He works off the same file as the physios rather than a vague handover, which is the difference between rehab that finishes and rehab that quietly stalls at the eighty-percent mark.

Amy Ngata
Amy takes the overhead and throwing athletes plus the post-clearance maintenance program. Her argument is that the twelve weeks after discharge carry more risk than the six before it, which is why that program exists at all.
