Milton Sports Rehab

12 Baroona Rd, Milton QLD 4064
You don't get cleared on a feeling. You get cleared on a number.
THE GYM FLOOR

Rehab finishes in a gym, not on a table

Sixty square metres of turf, a rack, a sled, force plates and a dynamometer. Phases three and four happen here, supervised, at a lower session rate than treatment — because by then you need load and progression, not hands-on work.

WHAT'S ON THE FLOOR

Six pieces that matter

Nothing here is decorative.

60m² of turf. Enough to run, cut and land indoors, which matters in a Brisbane summer and through a wet season.

Force plates. Jump and landing asymmetry measured directly rather than eyeballed from across the room.

Handheld dynamometer. Isometric strength testing for every major muscle group, tracked visit to visit.

Rack, bar and plates. Rebuilding a leg requires real load, and a resistance band stops being useful after week three.

Sled and prowler. Loaded acceleration work that builds capacity without the impact cost of running.

Nordic bench & GHD. Hamstring eccentric loading — one of the more widely used tools for hamstring injury prevention in field sport generally.

AFTER YOU'RE CLEARED

Passing the tests is the end of rehab, not the end of risk

The twelve weeks after clearance is when most reinjuries happen, according to the general sports-medicine literature on ACL and hamstring return — not a figure about this clinic’s own patients. Roughly half our post-ACL patients take up the optional maintenance session below. No contract, and you cancel by not booking.
