Marrow & Vance was founded in 2008 by two accountants who had both spent the previous decade at a larger regional practice, watching new clients get signed by a partner and then handed straight to whichever junior had spare capacity. Neither wanted to run a practice that worked that way.
Sixteen years later it is still run on the same basis. The accountant who takes you on is the accountant you deal with at year three, not a name that changes every renewal, and the practice has grown slowly, on purpose.
