A physio guiding a client through a shoulder movement in a bright rehab room
Physiotherapy & sports rehab

Pain has a plan. Let's find yours.

Keystone runs on one principle: a proper 45-minute first assessment, then a plan that combines hands-on treatment with exercises you’ll actually do — reviewed until you’re discharged, not strung along.

Why assessment-first

Treating the wrong thing works on nobody.

Most physio disappointments start with a ten-minute triage and a generic exercise sheet. The site of your pain and the source of your pain are often different postcodes — which is why our first appointment is 45 minutes of testing, watching you move, and asking better questions.

Then you get a plan with a finish line. Being discharged is the product; the appointments are just the route.

What we treat

Backs, joints, injuries and comebacks.

Three doors into the same method.

Everyday pain

Backs, necks, shoulders and knees — the desk-and-life injuries that arrived slowly and need to leave properly.

Sports injuries

Sprains, strains and tears, rehabbed to return-to-play standards — not just ‘rested until quiet’.

Rehab & strength

Post-op recovery and the rehab gym block that turns ‘fixed’ into ‘stronger than before it happened’.
