The clinic

Treatment rooms plus a real gym.

Four treatment rooms and a rehab gym under the same roof — because hands-on work gets you moving, and strength work keeps you there.

The story

Founded on a number nobody liked.

Rhea Keystone spent her hospital years watching the same patients boomerang back — treated, better, re-injured, returned. The missing piece was never the treatment; it was the strength work after it. Keystone opened in 2015 with a gym next to the couches for exactly that reason.

Ten years later the gym still sits right where it always has — next to the treatment couches, because a plan without strength work is only half finished.

How we work

Four rules of the treatment room.

Held in every appointment, by every clinician.

Assess properly

45 minutes before any plan. The source, not just the site.

◇

Hands and homework

Every plan pairs treatment with exercises scaled to your actual week.

◈

A visible finish line

You’ll know the expected session count at visit one — and we hold ourselves to it.

❖

Discharged, not dependent

The goal is you not needing us. Maintenance visits are your choice, never a scheme.

The team

Clinicians who lift.

Every physio here spends time in the gym side — prescribing exercise you’ve actually done yourself changes how you prescribe it.
