You built one location that works. We build the system that lets it become ten.
Kestrel & Vine helps founders turn a single working business into a repeatable model — franchise-ready operations, playbooks a manager can run without you, and a rollout plan for the next location, or the next fifty.
Scaling isn’t more hustle at the original location. It’s building the machine that runs the next one without you.
The wall every owner hits
Runs great with you in the room. Falls apart the moment you’re not.
It works because you’re in it. That’s the problem.
Most owners hit the same wall: the business runs great with them in the room and falls apart the moment they’re not. We extract what’s in your head and turn it into a system someone else can run at full quality, every time.
Three moves that take you from one to many.
Codify what works, model how it replicates, then stress-test it on the first few units before you scale further.
Operations Codification
We document the exact processes that make your best location work, so quality doesn’t depend on who’s on shift.
Franchise & Multi-Site Blueprint
A structured model for licensing, franchising, or opening company-owned units, built around real unit economics.
Rollout & Launch Support
Hands-on guidance through your first two or three replications, so the model gets stress-tested before you scale it further.
We went from one shop that only worked because I was there, to four locations running the same playbook without me on site.

Let’s build location two.
Whether you’re eyeing a second site, a licensing model, or full franchising, the first step is the same: getting what’s in your head into a system someone else can execute.
