Ironbark is a twelve-hectolitre brewery with the taproom bolted straight onto the brewhouse — five core beers always on, a new small batch every month, and nothing on the bar that travelled further than forty feet. We serve responsibly; over-18s only at the bar.
Most beer spends weeks in trucks and warehouses before anyone tastes it. Ours goes from the conditioning tank to the taps in the next room, and into cans we fill on site the same week you drink them.
That freshness isn’t a slogan — it’s the whole business model. Small batches, sold close, brewed again.
However you like your beer served, it starts at Ironworks Yard.
Eight taps, Thursday to Sunday — the five regulars, the monthly small batch, and a couple of guests we rate. Dogs welcome, kids till eight.
Saturdays at 2pm — an hour in the brewhouse with whoever brewed that week, finishing with a tasting flight at the bar.
Canned on site in small runs, dated on the bottom, and sold from the cold store — take the taproom home with you.
