What a fixed fee actually includes
Ours includes the searches, the titles registry fee, the bank transfer and the phone calls. Most quotes you will compare it against do not.
If something genuinely unforeseeable happens we will tell you before we do the work, not afterwards on the bill.

How much is conveyancing?
From $950 plus GST and disbursements, quoted in writing.
Is the first meeting really free?
Yes, half an hour, in person or by phone.
Do you do legal aid?
No. We will tell you who locally does.
How long does probate take?
Six to nine months for a straightforward estate.
Can you do a will in one meeting?
Usually yes, and sign it the same week.
Who will I actually deal with?
One named solicitor, with a named assistant.
