Simone opened this practice after six years in a national chain, where the standard test was fifteen minutes and retinal photography was a $35 add-on. Everything about how this place runs is a reaction to that. She handles the glaucoma and macular caseload and does most of the therapeutic prescribing.

Optometrist · here since 2018

Daniel runs the children’s clinic and the myopia control program, including orthokeratology. He is the one to book for a child who is struggling at school, because the problem is often focusing or eye teaming rather than long sight, and that takes a longer appointment to unpick.

Renata fits and adjusts every pair that leaves the practice, and she is the reason the remake rate here is so low. If a frame will not suit your face or your prescription she will tell you before you have fallen in love with it. Lifetime adjustments on premium frames are her doing.

Josh manages the recall system and the health fund claims. If you want to know what your optical extras will cover before you choose a frame, ask him — he checks it against your policy rather than guessing, and tracks whose limit is about to reset on 1 January.
