Price list
Fees are the same whether you pay privately or claim on a fund. We are not a preferred provider for any single insurer, so nobody outside this building has a say in how many appointments you get.

Rebates are shown as a range because what you get back depends on your own level of extras cover — the terminal at the desk will tell you the exact figure before you pay. Fees last reviewed July 2026.
What a typical course costs
An example of a first visit plus four follow-up visits, with a mid-level extras policy rebating $35 a visit. Not an average, and not a promise of how many visits your own problem will need — just an illustration of what a short pay-as-you-go course costs.

HOW PEOPLE PAY
Funding, and the one thing we do not own
Private health
HICAPS at the desk — claim instantly, pay the gap. Most extras policies rebate $30 to $45 per visit depending on cover. Bupa · Medibank · HCF · nib · Australian Unity · Defence Health · GMHBA · Teachers Health.
Medicare EPC
With a GP chronic disease care plan you get five subsidised visits a calendar year. Bring the referral — the Medicare portion is bulk billed and the gap is $23 a visit.
WorkCover & CTP
Billed direct to WorkCover Queensland or your CTP insurer with a claim number. Nothing out of pocket, and reports go out inside two business days.
X-rays
We do not have an x-ray machine on site and we do not refer for routine spinal x-rays. Current guidelines do not support imaging low back pain without specific red flags. Where imaging is genuinely indicated we refer you to a bulk-billed radiology practice.
New patients usually seen within two days
No referral needed. Ring between 7am and 6pm and whoever is on the desk will find you a slot.
