Physiotherapy · No referral needed
Hands on. Then a plan you can do without us.
Every appointment is a full 40 minutes with the same physio: no doubling up, no shuffling you onto a machine for 20 of them. You leave with three exercises, written down, that fit the week you actually have.
Strength & movement
Stay off the treatment table.
One-on-one sessions in our rehab space for people coming off an injury who want to stay finished. Forty minutes, with a physio who knows your history.
Running & sports injuries
We look at your training, not just the sore bit.
Shin pain, ITB, achilles, plantar fascia. We look at your training load and your shoes, and test objectively before we clear you to return to sport.
First appointment usually inside 48 hours. 6:30am and 6:45pm slots for people who work.

How it actually goes
Four appointments, not a subscription
You get an estimate of how many appointments this should take at the end of the first one, even if the honest answer is twelve.
We find the driver
Twenty minutes of history and testing before anyone puts a hand on you.
Hands-on, same visit
Manual therapy, dry needling or shockwave where it helps, all inside the fee.
Three exercises, written down
Not fifteen. Three, with sets, reps and a photo, emailed before you reach the car park.
A finish line
You are told at visit one roughly how many it should take. Then we discharge you.

Questions
Questions we get daily
The things people ask on the phone before they book.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
No. Physiotherapy is a first-contact profession, so you can book straight in. A referral only matters for a Medicare rebate.
How many appointments will this take?
An estimate at the end of the first appointment. If it needs three months, we say so.
Will it be hands-on or just exercises?
Both, in the same visit.
Can I claim on my private health?
Yes, through the HICAPS terminal at the desk. You claim on the spot and pay the gap only.
Do you see WorkCover and car accident claims?
Yes. We bill the insurer directly. Bring your claim number.
