Services

One standard. Three ways to book it.

Whatever we clean, the deal is identical: one checklist, eco products as standard, and the 24-hour re-clean promise if anything’s missed.

In detail

What each service includes.

The honest scope, so quotes never surprise.

Regular home cleans

Weekly or fortnightly, the same cleaner every visit, keys held in a coded safe. The checklist covers the weekly essentials plus a rotating deep task — ovens one month, windows the next — so nothing quietly degrades.

End of tenancy

The full checklist in one visit: oven and hob deep clean, limescale, insides of cupboards, skirting, light fittings. You get the ticked checklist to hand to your agent — deposits love paperwork.

Offices & studios

Before you open or after you close — desks, kitchens, loos and bins on a schedule that fits your lease, invoiced monthly with the checklists attached.

Common questions

Asked before most first cleans.

Most clients aren’t — keys live in a coded safe, signed out per visit, and your cleaner texts when they’re done. First visits work best with you there for the walkthrough.

Yes for regular cleans — that’s the point. Holidays and sickness get covered by a teammate briefed from your checklist notes, and you’re told before the door opens, not after.

It’s rare and we’re insured for it — but the honest answer is we tell you first, photograph it, and make it right. Nine years in, that policy has cost us three vases and earned us most of our referrals.

Rooms, frequency, postcode — that’s genuinely all we need for a price.
