Why we quote a fixed price
Most heating firms quote ‘from’ a number and add extras as they go. We diagnose first, then give you one number that includes parts, labour and VAT.
If something genuinely unexpected turns up mid-job, we stop and call you before doing anything that changes the price.
Asked often
If yours is not here, ring the number. An engineer answers it.
Are both engineers Gas Safe registered?
Yes, and the registration numbers are on the paperwork whether you ask or not.
What does a callout cost?
£65 to come out and diagnose it, waived entirely if you go ahead with the repair.
How quickly can you come?
No heat or no hot water goes to the front of the day. Everything else within 48 hours.
Do you fit air conditioning in houses?
Split systems, yes — one indoor unit or several, and we handle the condenser siting.
Do you work weekends?
Emergencies only, at standard rate. Booked work is Monday to Friday.
Can I spread the cost of a new boiler?
Interest-free over twelve months on installations, arranged before anything is ordered.
