Two engineers can only be in two places. We would rather turn you down straight than book you in and let you down.
We do not subcontract. If we cannot come, we say so.
Weekends are emergency callouts only, at standard rate.
We do not quote “from” a number and add extras as we go.
We do not fit anything we have not diagnosed ourselves.

Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm, usually within the hour. Weekends are emergencies only — for those, ring the number.
