How we work

Operations, strategy and interim leadership, on a fixed scope.

WHAT WE OFFER

In detail

Every project has a start, an end, and a defined output — not an open-ended retainer.

✓

Operations audits — Mapping how work actually happens, and where it breaks down.

✓

Process redesign — Rebuilding a workflow that has outgrown the way it was originally set up.

✓

Growth strategy — A working 12–24 month plan, built with your team, not handed down to it.

✓

Interim operations leadership — Short-term senior leadership through a gap or a transition.

✓

Cost and efficiency reviews — Finding where money and time are actually going, versus where it is assumed to go.

✓

Org design — Structuring teams and reporting lines around how the business actually runs now.

WORTH KNOWING

Why every project has an end date

Open-ended retainers create an incentive to keep finding problems. A fixed scope means we are finished when the agreed output is delivered, not when it is convenient to stop billing.

If more work genuinely emerges, we will scope it separately and tell you honestly why.
