MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

Consulting that ends, on purpose.

Operations and strategy consulting for small and mid-sized businesses, with a defined scope, a defined end date, and no retainer creep.

WHY THERE IS NO BENCH

Three consultants, and every one of them senior.

Most consulting firms staff a project with one partner who sells it and a bench of juniors who deliver it, billed at rates that assume you are getting the partner’s time. Winslow runs the other way. The person scoping the work is one of the three people who actually does it.

That caps how many projects run at once, and it is deliberate. A firm of three cannot take on twelve engagements and still be in the room for each of them, so we do not try to.

WHAT WE DO

Three kinds of engagement.

Every project has a start, an end, and a defined output — not an open-ended retainer.

Operations review

A structured audit of how work actually happens, versus how the org chart says it happens.

Strategy and growth planning

A working plan for the next 12–24 months, not a slide deck that gets filed and forgotten.

Interim leadership

Short-term operational leadership through a gap, a restructure, or a growth push.

HOW IT WORKS

What happens next

01

A scoping conversation

We work out whether this is actually a consulting problem, or something simpler.

02

A fixed-scope proposal

A defined output, a defined timeline, and a defined fee — before we start.

03

Delivery and handover

We work alongside your team, and we leave you able to run it without us.

THE PRACTICE

Small, deliberately.

Three consultants, no bench of juniors billed at partner rates.

“They told us upfront it was an eight-week project and it was an eight-week project. No scope creep, no surprise invoice.”
