Willowbrook opened on The Parade in 2017, four chairs in what used to be a shoe shop. The idea was straightforward: ask enough questions before booking that the price you’re given is the price you actually pay, not a starting figure that grows once you’re in the chair.
That means a longer conversation at the booking stage than most salons bother with: hair length, thickness, the products you already use. It slows down the phone call by a couple of minutes. It has never once produced a surprise invoice.
