Three quick answers.
The visit itself is free. If you’d like the full measured concept plan afterwards there’s a design fee, quoted at the visit — and it comes off the build price if we build it.
Absolutely. About a third of our maintenance rounds are gardens we didn’t build. We’ll walk it once, agree a standard, and put you on the round.
