Why We Started Comparing Venues at All

Founded in 2019 after one too many couples signed a contract for a venue that couldn’t actually fit their guest list.

Our Approach

We visit each venue twice — once to check drainage and covered space, once during monsoon season to see whether the marquee actually holds water. Planners are checked against three completed weddings before we list them.

Two Things We Won't Compromise On

The Number on the Contract Is the Number We Verify

We ask for the fire-safety capacity certificate, not the marketing brochure number, before any venue makes the list. If they can’t produce it, it doesn’t go up.

The Sixty-Day Window

Notice of Intended Marriage has to be lodged with the Goa Civil Registrar at least thirty days ahead, and processing can run another two to three weeks — we build the buffer into your planning calendar.

“We turned down a beautiful venue because it seated 120 fewer guests than our list — that’s the whole service in one sentence.”
