4 bedroom family home, around 200m². Separate zone per bedroom wing.
7–8 zones · 20kW+
Two storey or 280m²+, often two indoor units to balance the levels. Ranges include the unit, ducting, grilles, zone controller, electrical and commissioning. Awkward roof access, asbestos, switchboard upgrades or a second indoor unit shift the number — we’ll tell you on site, in writing, before anything is ordered.
What install day looks like
Protect and set up
Drop sheets through the house, roof access confirmed, outdoor unit position marked with you.
Indoor unit and duct run
Fan coil hung and isolated on anti-vibration mounts, trunk duct run, grille positions cut.
Outdoor unit, pipework, power
Slab or brackets, refrigerant lines pressure-tested and vacuumed, dedicated circuit run and tagged.
Commission and hand over
Airflow balanced zone by zone, controller and app set up with you, certificate of compliance and warranty emailed. Site left clean.
