I had a title people recognised, a pay cheque that made sense on paper, and a very convincing script for why now wasn&rsquo;t the right time to change anything. I told that script to myself for the better part of a decade.<\/p><p>What finally moved me wasn&rsquo;t a single dramatic moment. It was a slow accumulation of Sunday-night dread, and the realisation that &lsquo;someday&rsquo; was doing a lot of work I never planned to actually follow through on. When I did finally change course, later than I&rsquo;d ever admit to planning, it wasn&rsquo;t glamorous. It was scary, and slow, and absolutely worth it.<\/p><p>Now I write and run workshops for people standing where I stood &mdash; capable, a little stuck, and quietly convinced the window has closed. It hasn&rsquo;t. I&rsquo;m proof, and so is everyone who&rsquo;s come through a session and finally said the quiet part out loud.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div data-bps-id=\"about-01-subheadline-2\" data-bps-type=\"subheadline\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51fa3c0d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"51fa3c0d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>I am not selling a leap of faith, and I never tell a room to just follow their passion. What I offer is more useful: permission, a few honest exercises, and the company of people asking the same questions you are.<\/p><p>I live for a good caf\u00e9 table, a half-finished notebook, and a
