The practice

Built to lower shoulders.

Four calm surgeries, a reception that doesn’t smell of clove oil, and a team hired for chairside manner as much as qualifications.

The story

Started by a dentist with a nervous mother.

Dr Amara Lantern opened the practice in 2012 with one design brief: build the surgery her own mother would actually attend. Longer appointments, prices on paper, and a promise that nobody gets talked into anything while horizontal.

Thirteen years in, the brief hasn’t changed — it’s just been repeated three surgeries over.

How we practise

Four promises, kept chairside.

On the wall in reception, honoured in every surgery.

Nothing unexplained

Every finding shown on screen, every option priced, in plain words.

The stop signal

Raise a hand and we stop — instantly, mid-anything, no sigh.

◈

Prevention first

The cheapest dentistry is the check-up you didn’t skip. We plan around that.

❖

No surprise bills

The plan you sign is the price you pay. Changes need your yes first.
